2015 – 2019 Judo BC Strategic Plan

The board and staff have spent the past 18 months developing the 2015 – 2019 Strategic Plan which will be our road map for the next 4 years. CLICK HERE to view. The plan is a continuation of the 2009 – 2014 plan and includes the elements of the Judo Canada strategic plan which fall under our jurisdiction. In addition to guiding the board, committees and staff with decision making this plan also provides us a way to measure success.  Over the next several months the board, committee and staff will be working on the Operational Plan that will have the “how to” components necessary to achieve the plan.
