Hewson wins Gold at IJF Grand Masters World Judo Championships

Congratulations to Judo BC’s 2nd Vice President Sandra Hewson for her success at the 4th IJF Grand Masters World Judo Championships in Miami, Florida this past weekend.  After receiving the Silver medal in her individual division she won Gold in the team competition.  Andrei Bondor (Director IJF Veterans Commission) dubbed the group the “IJF team” because of their mixed country representation.
