Mark Winter, founding member of the Delta Kaigan Judo Club, passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 12. Mark just turned 55 in October, was a dedicated family man and gave many hours of his time to the youth of the club. Corey Lapell (another founding member) took the time to prepare the contents of the link.
